A contact person from one of your manufacturers requests to the SweetConnect Support to register an initial user for your SweetConnect portal.


After one initial user of your company has been registered by the SweetConnect Support an invitation e-mail will be sent for the initial registration. 


This comes from the address iam@sweetconnect.io. This e-mail contains a link that activates your user account.

When you log in for the first time, you will need to assign a new password. If you cannot find the invitation e-mail, please also check your spam or junk e-mail folder.


If no administrator has yet been defined for your company, the following dialogue will appear after logging in.


Specify here who should take over the administration. 


As long as you have not defined an administrator for your company in SweetConnect, this window will always appear again. 

You must also enter a second contact here who can confirm the administrative authorisations. 


SweetConnect Support will then contact the specified person to confirm the role. This administrator is the only user visible to the machine manufacturers and serves as the contact person for the SweetConnect platform.


As an administrator, you have the right to add further users. Of course, you can also nominate additional administrators for your company.
