If you already have a SweetConnect user account, you can access the Support Portal in two ways:
1) In your SweetConnect profile, click the question mark icon and open the Support Portal from there.
or
2) Go to support.sweetconnect.io, select “Are you a customer?” and log in using your SweetConnect credentials.
