When uploading documents to SweetConnect, please note the following limitations regarding file size and supported file types.

Maximum file size

The maximum file size for a single document upload is 1 GB.

Supported file types

The following file types are supported for document uploads:

• PDF

• HTML Zip (An HTML ZIP is a ZIP archive containing HTML files and, where applicable, additional files required for their proper display.)

• PNG

• SVG

• JPG

• WebP

• TXT

• JSON

• CSV

• XML

Consequence

Please note that files exceeding the maximum file size or using a file type that is not listed above cannot be uploaded to the platform. The upload will be rejected, and you will need to convert or compress the file before trying again.
